BLUE SCREEN ERROR - DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL (Windows 7)

I am a Windows 7 (64) bits user.
Recently my PC (DELL Latitude E6320) crashes randomly, showing a Blue Screen Error DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL


Also in my Device Manager there is a Unknown Device, details bellow





Can anyone help me solving this?

This error is generated when a driver or part of Windows attempts to access pageable memory using the IRQL kernel process that is invalid.
 
Method 1:
Make sure that you have the latest drivers for your video card and network card installed.

Boot into safe mode and perform system restore:

Machine Throttling
  • Click the Start button.
  • In the Search box, type "regedit" (without quotes) and press Enter.
  • Look for the following registry key: "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\ Microsoft\ SQMClient\Windows\DisabledSessions".
  • On the right window pane, delete the subkey: "Machine Throttling".
  • Reboot your system.
